Quantuvos was founded by Gregg Bedol and Margaret Brake out of a need they both recognized in the workplace.
Gregg’s daughter, a recent college graduate, started her first job in a large corporation. A few weeks in, the phone calls started:
”Why are they asking me to do this?”
“How should I handle a tough conversation?”
“This meeting didn’t go well. What should I do?”
After about the 17th call from his daughter, Gregg realized that many people in the workforce need coaching and support that isn’t readily available.
Margaret, an executive coach and leadership consultant, knew the benefits of coaching but rarely encountered an organization that could afford to offer it below the executive level. With coaching having a return on investment of seven times the cost, Margaret wanted to find a way to help organizations offer it on a much broader scale.
It was through these observations that Quantuvos began.
To nurture extraordinary in everyone we serve
