Noel Stephens

A former founder and CEO of a technology start-up, Noel has held senior management positions at Unisys, Mastercard, and Transax/Equifax. With a background in mission critical software, Noel has led some significant projects including leading key parts of Mastercard’s chip and PIN and developing flight systems for Lucas Aerospace and Litton.
