Beth (Burbage) Vann

Beth is committed to helping people and companies grow and develop. Her corporate experience includes financial services, for-profit education, senior care, a national healthcare system, global engineering and construction, and telecommunications. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, high-potential leader development, organizational assessments, team development, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement. Having served in the United States Army and worked for the US government as a civilian in the Intelligence field, she is passionate about supporting Veterans in transitioning to civilian careers. Beth lives with her husband in Southern California Wine Country, where they enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and their two cats and two dogs, a Shih Tzu/Maltese mix and a ginormous St. Bernard.
