Selma Kikic

Selma is a seasoned finance leader and business partner, demonstrating extensive experience in corporate finance across diverse settings, including startups, large private corporations, and public entities. Selma has successfully spearheaded strategic development initiatives, financial forecasting, trend analysis, enterprise valuation, and the assessment of acquisition candidates. In addition, Selma has been responsible for managing vendor and supplier contracts and establishing robust financial and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency and generate substantial savings. Selma's professional journey commenced in investment banking, where she spent seven years in JPMorgan's Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group in New York. Subsequently, she provided valuable support to the Mergers and Acquisitions advisory group at Outcome Capital. Most recently, Selma has made contributions to corporate startup ventures, playing an instrumental role in developing finance functions at organizations such as Lidl USA, iVenture Accounting Group, and ADC Advanceāa subsidiary of Alarm.com, a publicly traded SaaS provider. Selma holds an MBA in finance from American University's Kogod School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Williams College. Aside from her professional accomplishments, Selma is an avid athlete, having played collegiate tennis and squash. These days she is most often found on her road bike enjoying long rides and following the professional peloton on TV.
