Maja Dragnic

Maja has more than fifteen years of experience in management consulting, project and program management, strategic planning and performance management, business operations, post-merger integration, and business development. She has executive-level experience as the Project Management Office Director and Chief Operating Officer in fast-paced technology startups as well as with global leaders in consulting (Booze Allen, Deloitte, Accenture) and investment banking (Houlihan Lokey). Maja has a proven record in designing, implementing, managing, and fine-tuning operations in various stages of organizational development, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and optimized use of resources. She holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
